My view
At KVZ Therapy, I understand that even small changes can be challenging, and the fear of larger transformations can feel paralyzing. I am here to help you process what holds you back from living your best life. Everyone faces challenges, and together, we can ensure that your emotions and thoughts do not prevent you from making the changes you desire.
I believe you are stronger than you realize and possess the intelligence to navigate your choices, even when they may not be the healthiest. The goal is to empower you to not just ride the wave of change but to thrive within it.
In our collaborative work, you will develop coping skills, process the emotions that arise, and cultivate hope for the future. Experience
After graduating in 2009 I have served people in different areas that help me understand people in many stages of life.
First Responders – volunteer with Police department as volunteer victim advocate for 3 years
Hospice – volunteer coordinator
Cancer hospital –Mind/Body Therapist providing therapy to caregivers, patients, families, and staff.
Community mental health – Working with individuals ages 5 to 70, couples, and families. Focus was children/adolescents, families, and couples.
School - High school Interventionist (school therapist)
Nonprofit - Family therapy with children with life threatening or chronic illnesses.
